Video #2- Okinawan Hojo Undo In tape 2, Sensei Spence provides in-depth coverage of Okinawan Hojo Undo renshu for Nigiri Game (gripping jars), Ishi Sashi (stone locks) and Leg conditioning (ashi tanren)	Video #8- Tuite- Okinawan Grappling Bunkai part 2- Tape 2 of this series demonstrates the use of pressure points (Kyusho) in grappling and self defense situations. Bunkai (Applications) from the Shorin-Ryu kata are demonstrated and shown in great detail.

Video #3- Shorin-Ryu Beginning Kata This tape teaches the body mechanics, kata and basic bunkai (applications) for Kihon Ippon, Kihon Nihon, Kihon Sanbon, Fukyu no Kata.	Video #9- Kobudo This video is packed with basic techniques, requirements and Bunkai for Rokushaku Bo, Eku, Nunte Bo. This tape covers a great deal of applications however no kata is shown on this video.

Video #5- Bunkai This tape covers an extensive amount of bunkai for Kihon kata through Pinan kata. Applications are shown for effectiveness, not to fit the kata! Some of the most effective techniques come from these forms.	Video #11- Shorin-Ryu Karate for Parents This video assists parents with helping their child practice karate without having to be a black belt!
